A fun introduction to classical ballet. Begins with floor stretches and barre work, introduces basic center movements, across the floor combinations, jump, reverence, and concludes with a ballet focused story.
This class begins with floor stretches, and moves onto ballet barre warm-up, and center practice to include adagio, turns and allegro. Ages 6+years
Geared towards youth with previous ballet training, this class is focused on developing the muscles, stamina, and grace that are essential for an advancing ballerina. Includes floor stretches, barre work, and center practice to include adagio, turns, and allegro.
Ages 10+years (Adults Welcome)
This class begins with a ballet barre warm-up and quickly moves into the center of the classroom where we practice rhythm and musicality while learning and developing basic tap technique.
Gain poise, grace and flexibility with an easy to follow technique class. Begins with floor stretches and barre work, moves into balance exercises in the center, concluding with Allegro and Reverence. Ages teen to 100+ welcome.
Jessica Tipler holds a bachelors degree in the performing arts from the University of North Carolina, as well as certification for Ballet Instruction from the ASFA. She studied classical ballet intensely at the North Carolina School of the Arts and theatre at Flagler College. It is her goal and passion to inspire the love of the performing arts in others.
